Little Seaward

Little Seaward is a one-bedroom cottage for two on a working National Trust farm in Minster, with Boscastle village a mile away. Sea views reach across the garden towards the north Cornwall coast.

The king-size bedroom and single bathroom keep the layout simple for a couple. The garden has two seating areas and a BBQ facing the sea, and WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included. One dog can stay. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar, and the king-size bedroom has a Smart TV. The bathroom is en suite, with a shower and WC. One garden seating area looks down the valley to the sea and the second is a sheltered spot.

Bossiney Cove, a secluded sandy cove near Tintagel with turquoise water and the rock formation known as Elephant Rock, is 2.5 miles away. Crackington Haven is 4.5 miles and Tregardock Beach 5.7 miles. Walks associated with the poet Thomas Hardy, who restored the nearby church at St Juliot, run through the surrounding farmland, and Boscastle's harbour and cliff paths are within easy reach.

**Best for:** Two guests wanting a working-farm setting, sea views, two outdoor seating areas and walks near Boscastle.

**Less good for:** Guests needing step-free access or a beach within walking distance.
