Home Farm Cottage is a semi-detached stone cottage for four on a working National Trust farm at Minster, half a mile from Boscastle. Its two bedrooms, one double and one twin, sit under beamed ceilings above slate floors, with two bathrooms serving the household. The layout keeps the building's farm character while staying practical for a family or two couples.

The living space has both an open fire and a wood burner, giving two ways to warm up on cooler evenings. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and the enclosed lawned garden adds a patio and space for a barbecue. Dogs are welcome.

Boscastle's harbour, pubs and the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic are a mile away, and the South West Coast Path runs along the cliffs above the farm. Tintagel Castle is about 4 miles southwest along the coast. Bossiney Cove Beach is 2.5 miles from the cottage, Crackington Haven Beach 4.5 miles and Tregardock Beach 5.7 miles, so a car is useful for beach days even though the coast path is on the doorstep. Bude's surf beaches are around 15 miles north on the A39.
