Manor Cottage

Manor Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage for six in Sinns Common, a hamlet near Redruth reached along a private driveway. The ground-floor king-size bedroom has nautical decor. Upstairs, an A-frame loft room holds one double and one king-size bed, separated only by a curtain, so privacy between the two beds is limited.

All six guests share a single bathroom. The farmhouse kitchen has a beamed wooden ceiling and a large stove, and the walled garden holds a barbecue seating area. Parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included. There is no Wi-Fi, and dogs are not accepted.

Portreath Beach is 3.5 miles away, Trevaunance Cove 4.3 miles and Trevellas Cove 4.6 miles. Both Porthtowan and Portreath are about ten minutes away by car, and Redruth town centre, with its shops and railway station, is roughly two and a half miles east. The Mineral Tramways cycle network, following old mining railways, passes close to the hamlet. Tehidy Country Park, a 250-acre woodland estate with nine waymarked trails, lies between Camborne and the coast for a change from the beach.
