Meadows Higher Treyone is a three-bedroom farmhouse for six near Polbathic, a hamlet on a tidal creek feeding into the River Tiddy and the wider Lynher river system. A super-king, a king and a twin zip-and-link, convertible to a super-king on request, give three ways to divide the group, and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

Country walks begin from the doorstep across the surrounding farmland, and the lanes around Polbathic suit cycling. Whitsand Bay, with its long stretch of sand, is roughly four miles south, and the historic harbour at Looe is a similar distance along the coast.

Liskeard is about eight miles north-west for a wider choice of shops, and Antony House, a National Trust property, is around five miles east.
