Morvah

Morvah is a timber-framed eco-lodge near St Agnes sleeping six across three bedrooms, with two bathrooms including one en-suite. The contemporary design incorporates bi-fold doors opening from the living area onto a large deck, with sea views from the upper floor.

The cottage has a wood-burning stove and an open fire for shoulder season stays, plus a BBQ on the deck for summer. Wi-Fi and a dishwasher are included. The sea views are from the property itself - the deck faces west towards the Atlantic and the setting sun.

Trevaunance Cove is 1.4 miles away - a small north-facing beach in the heart of St Agnes with a surf school and cafe. Trevellas Cove is 1.7 miles, less visited and reached via a mine-workings valley. Perranporth Beach is 4.2 miles south - three miles of sand with reliable surf and a long flat run for dogs. St Agnes village has independent shops, two pubs, and the Beacon behind it with 360-degree views across to Bodmin Moor.

Best for groups or families who want a contemporary, architect-designed property with character - wood burner, sea views, outdoor space - at a reasonable weekly rate. Less good for anyone wanting to be within walking distance of a pub.
