Trevaunance Cove is 2.3km away - a small north-facing beach in the heart of St Agnes with a surf school and cafe. Trevellas Cove is 2.8km, less visited and reached via a mine-workings valley. Perranporth Beach is 6.8km south - three miles of sand with reliable surf and a long flat run for dogs. St Agnes village has independent shops, two pubs, and the Beacon behind it with 360-degree views across to Bodmin Moor.

Best for groups or families who want a contemporary, architect-designed property with character - wood burner, sea views, outdoor space - at a reasonable weekly rate. Less good for anyone needing a washing machine (not listed in amenities) or wanting to be within walking distance of a pub.
