Marazion Beach is 700m along Higher Fore Street, one of the closest village addresses to the sand in town.

Marazion sits on the south-east edge of the bay around St Michael's Mount, with the wider Penzance area five minutes east for supermarkets, ferry connections to the Isles of Scilly, and the rail terminus at Penzance station. The shoulder-season trade-off is real - this is not a lively winter base - but for spring and autumn couples after a quiet town setting it works.
