Ner Sea is a converted cottage in Marazion spread across three floors, sleeping 2 in one bedroom. The upper level has views towards St Michael's Mount, the tidal island 700m across the water that is reached by a granite causeway when the tide recedes. Marazion Beach is 700m along Higher Fore Street, one of the closest village addresses to the sand in town.

The cottage has a wood burner, a private garden, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and off-road parking. The three-storey layout means the living space feels generously spread for two people, with distinct zones on each floor rather than one cramped open-plan room.

No pets. No dogs. This is one of the few no-pet cottages in the immediate Marazion area, which makes availability more reliable in peak season when dog-friendly properties fill first.

Ideal for couples wanting a town-centre Marazion base within walking distance of both the beach and the causeway crossing to the Mount. Less good for guests who need fully flat access - the three-floor layout involves stairs throughout, with no ground-floor bedroom. Friday changeover.

Marazion sits on the south-east edge of the bay around St Michael's Mount, with the wider Penzance area five minutes east for supermarkets, ferry connections to the Isles of Scilly, and the rail terminus at Penzance station. The shoulder-season trade-off is real - this is not a lively winter base - but for spring and autumn couples after a quiet town setting it works.
