In an elevated position on the edge of town Orchard House can boast some lovely views down across Wadebridge. Talking of the town, just a short walk down the hill and you will have numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs at your disposal.

The bustling town of Wadebridge is just a few short miles to some of North Cornwall’s finest beaches with the town itself offering a variety of small, independently owned shops and eateries as well as two screen cinema and larger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The picturesque Camel cycle trail to Padstow and Bodmin is based in Wadebridge and has an abundance of cycle hire options available to suit all ages and abilities.

The nearest beaches are Daymer Bay and Polzeath which are 7 and 7.5 miles away respectively.

Just 8 miles from Wadebridge is Padstow with its pretty harbour and quirky shops. Padstow is also home to some of the County’s terrific ‘foodie’ restaurants owned by the likes of Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. A passenger ferry from Padstow operates to Rock where a number of celebrities have chosen to live in Cornwall.
