Clematis - Lodge 16 is a three-bedroom lodge at St Breock Downs Farm near Wadebridge, with access to a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and shared leisure facilities including a steam room, gym, and outdoor tennis court.

The lodge sleeps six across a super-king-size bedroom with balcony and Jacuzzi bath en-suite, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower, and a ground-floor twin. A ground-floor bathroom with bath serves the communal areas. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting room with an electric fire. TVs are fitted in all three bedrooms and the living area. A sofa bed is available, and a highchair, travel cot, and stairgate can be requested.

Off-road parking fits two cars. The enclosed rear garden has decking and outdoor furniture. The nearest shop is 3.6 miles away and the closest pub 3.8 miles.

Wadebridge town centre - with its medieval 17-arch bridge, Camel Trail bike hire, and independent shops - is a short drive. Daymer Bay Beach, a sheltered family-friendly strand on the Camel Estuary, is 6.8 miles away. Polzeath Beach, popular with surfers for its reliable break, is 7.6 miles. The Camel Trail offers a flat, traffic-free cycle to Padstow along the estuary.
