Penhwedhi is a ground-floor apartment in New Polzeath, sleeping 5 across 2 bedrooms - a king-size double and a bunk room with a double below and a single above (suitable for under-12s only). The open-plan lounge and kitchen opens onto a shared front lawn, with a recreation field at the rear providing space to run around.

A National Trust footpath starts a short walk from the apartment and leads directly to Polzeath Beach, 600 metres away. Polzeath is a wide, gently shelving beach with seasonal lifeguard cover from spring to autumn, making it one of the safer spots on this stretch of coast for children. Baby Bay, a calmer inlet at the southern end of the beach, is within easy reach for younger swimmers.

Pentire Point is accessible on foot via the South West Coast Path, which links the headland with the wider North Cornwall coastal network. Greenaway Beach is 1 mile along the path.

Right for families with children who need easy beach access and outdoor space without the premium of a cliff-edge location. Not great for couples travelling without children, or anyone who needs en-suite bathrooms.
