A National Trust footpath starts a short walk from the apartment and leads directly to Polzeath Beach, 0.6km away. Polzeath is a wide, gently shelving beach with seasonal lifeguard cover from spring to autumn, making it one of the safer spots on this stretch of coast for children. Baby Bay, a calmer inlet at the southern end of the beach, is within easy reach for younger swimmers.

Pentire Point is accessible on foot via the South West Coast Path, which links the headland with the wider North Cornwall coastal network. Greenaway Beach is 1.6km along the path.

Right for families with children who need easy beach access and outdoor space without the premium of a cliff-edge location. Not great for couples travelling without children, or anyone who needs en-suite bathrooms.
