Its three bedrooms comprise two king-size rooms and a super king-size zip-and-link that can be prepared as twins. Two bathrooms support the full group, and sea views extend towards Stepper Point from two private balconies - one off the main bedroom and one off the lounge.

The open-plan living space has underfloor heating throughout, Wi-Fi and a dishwasher, though there is no washing machine, so guests should plan for a shorter stay or use a laundrette in nearby Wadebridge. Surfers can use a shared store with board racks and a wetsuit drying room. Dogs are not accepted.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is not guaranteed for every arrival. Polzeath Beach is 300m away down a coastal footpath, with Greenaway Beach at 0.9 miles.
