Two bedrooms sit on this level: one king-size room with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and a twin zip-and-link room that can be converted into a super-king-size on request. The family bathroom is also here. Head upstairs to a second king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room, with direct access to the sky deck. The well-equipped kitchen has a filter coffee machine for your morning brew, and two Juliet balconies with bistro seating add further outdoor space.

**Best for:** couples or small groups wanting sea views and easy walking access to Polzeath's surf beach and the coast path. **Less good for:** dog owners, since pets aren't accepted here, or anyone needing step-free access, as entry is via a shared lift and steps, or two flights of stairs through the restaurant entrance.
