Penlan is a detached, single-storey bungalow on the seaward side of Carbis Bay, with three bedrooms and a rear garden built around two decked areas, an AstroTurf patch, outdoor seating, a bistro bar and an outdoor tap. A shed holds boards and beach kit. The beach is a walk down from the door, and a shop and pub are 0.4 miles away.
It sleeps six. The main bedroom is a king-size with an en-suite shower room, the second is also a king-size, and the third has twin beds that can be set up as a super-king if asked for at least seven days before arrival. The family bathroom has a bath, shower and heated towel rail. The kitchen/diner has an electric double oven, five-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. A Smart TV with Sky Q and Netflix, WiFi, board games and OS maps are provided.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Parking is off-road for two cars, and a highchair, travel cot and booster seat can be provided. Heating is central, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and check-in is from 4pm with check-out by 10am. Smoking is not allowed.
With everything on one level, the bungalow suits a family or two couples travelling with dogs, and is ideal for anyone bringing surfboards or paddleboards.
