Penny's Place is a 2-bedroom apartment in the Downalong quarter of St Ives, sleeping 4 in 1 double and 1 twin. Downalong is the old fishing district of the town - a network of narrow lanes running down to the sea - giving the apartment a residential feel while keeping three beaches within a 5-minute walk.

Porthgwidden Beach is 200 metres away and is the smallest and calmest of the St Ives beaches, making it good for children and less confident swimmers. Porthmeor Beach, the main surf beach on the north side of the headland, is 300 metres in the other direction. St Ives Harbour Beach is also 300 metres away for easy access to the waterfront cafes.

The apartment has a secluded private patio - a relative rarity in this part of town - with enough room for outdoor dining. The living space is bright with natural light. Tate St Ives gallery is a 10-minute walk, and The Island headland nature walk starts at the end of the bay.
