15 Piazza is a first-floor beachfront apartment for four in St Ives, reached by stairs rather than a lift. A double and twin bedroom each have an en-suite, matching the two bathrooms to the two sleeping spaces. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room faces floor-to-ceiling windows onto the sea.

A door from the lounge opens onto a glass-balustraded balcony overlooking Porthmeor Beach and its surf. Private beach access and an allocated parking space are included. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and washing machine are also provided, and host Victoria manages bookings directly. Dogs are not accepted. The first-floor position and lack of a lift may matter to guests with limited mobility.

Porthmeor Beach is 200 metres away, while Porthgwidden Beach and St Ives Harbour Beach are each 300 metres away. The Tate and local restaurants are nearby, putting art, food and three beaches within the immediate area.
