The kitchen has a dishwasher and the living space opens onto the garden and terrace. Wifi and a parking space are included. One bathroom for four can be tight on beach days.

You are 100 metres from Porthmeor's mile-long surf break and directly below Tate St Ives. The harbour, Hub Box, and One Fish Street are 200 metres east through the Downalong lanes. The sheltered Porthminster Beach and its famous cafe sit 400 metres south past the train station. The Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden is a 5-minute walk away in town.

Best for couples or a small family wanting an outdoor terrace and direct beach access in central St Ives. Less good for groups needing a second bathroom, or guests who prefer a quieter location away from the summer beach crowd. Parking is available for guests arriving by car.
