18 St Nicholas Court

18 St Nicholas Court is a two-bedroom apartment in St Ives' Downalong area, sleeping four between Porthgwidden and Porthmeor beaches. Parking is available on site, and the apartment is reached from a courtyard by two flights of external steps.

One double and one twin make up the bedrooms. A single bathroom serves all four guests. Wi-Fi is included throughout, and dogs are welcome. The furniture is contemporary, and the apartment has no outdoor relaxation space of its own, though Porthmeor Beach and the town are close by for sitting out. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, an air fryer, a fridge with an ice box and a Krups coffee machine. A four-seater dining table sits beside the living area, which has a TV/DVD, and both bedrooms have their own TV. The single shower room has a contemporary shower.

Porthgwidden Beach is 200 metres away and Porthmeor Beach is 300 metres away. The harbour beach, working fish market and waterfront cafes are 400 metres away. The Barbara Hepworth Museum is a 10-minute walk through the Downalong lanes. The St Ives guide provides further town detail.

**Best for:** a family or two couples wanting parking and three beaches within 400 metres. **Less good for:** guests needing more than one bathroom or confirmed step-free specifications.
