Sennen Cove is 800m on foot - a mile of Atlantic-facing sand with consistent surf and RNLI lifeguard cover in season. Nanjizal Beach is 1.2 miles along the coast path, and Gwynver Beach 1.3 miles north across the headland.

Land's End is under 1.2 miles south, and on clear days the Isles of Scilly are visible from the cliff tops. The coast path from Sennen runs in both directions through high, exposed clifftop terrain - towards the Penwith moors to the north, and into the dramatic western tip of Cornwall toward Land's End to the south.

This is ideal for couples who want to be within walking distance of a west-facing surf beach without the premium of the clifftop properties. The barn format gives it a quieter, more rural feel than being in the village proper, while Sennen's pub and cafe are a short walk.

Less good for anyone travelling with pets - no dogs permitted here. Also not suited to groups: strictly a 2-person property.
