The outlook extends across Flushing and Falmouth Harbour towards St Anthony Lighthouse. It stands near Flushing, reached along a private lane.

Both bedrooms are doubles with their own en-suite shower room, basin and WC, and one of them is on the ground floor. The apartment sleeps four. The first-floor kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a coffee maker, and a highchair is provided.

Outside is an enclosed garden with a lawn and furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and wildlife visits the surrounding grounds. Parking is off-road for two cars.

The shop is 1.4 miles away and the pub 1.9 miles. Falmouth is 4.6 miles away, with Penryn at 3.2 miles and Mylor Churchtown at 2.2 miles.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and smoking is not allowed. It suits two couples, or a couple with a dog, and it is less good for anyone who wants everything on one floor, as the kitchen and sitting room are on the first floor.
