The cottage sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms and offers sea views, setting it apart from many similarly priced properties in the Falmouth area. No dogs.

Inside, both bedrooms, the living area, and 2 bathrooms are arranged across the cottage, with wifi, parking, and a washing machine included. The garden comes with a hot tub - a draw year-round given the village's south-facing, sheltered aspect. Changeover is Fridays.

Flushing is connected to Falmouth by a regular passenger ferry that takes only a few minutes, reaching the town's restaurants, galleries, and the National Maritime Museum without the need to drive or find parking. Gyllyngvase Beach - Falmouth's Blue Flag beach with its popular beachside cafe - is about 1.8 miles across the water. Walking south from the village follows the coast path through wooded creeks towards Mylor, passing the 17th-century Dutch-built quays that give Flushing its unusual name and character.

**Best for:** Couples or small families who want access to Falmouth's amenities without staying in the town itself - quieter evenings, ferry access, sea outlook. **Less good for:** Pet owners, or anyone wanting to be within walking distance of a sandy beach.
