Rivers Reach

Rivers Reach is a ground-floor two-bedroom apartment for four in Fowey, a hundred metres from the River Fowey and the Bodinnick ferry crossing. One bedroom has a double bed and the other is a twin, with a single bathroom serving the group.

WiFi, parking and garden access are included, and up to two dogs can stay. A dishwasher and washer/dryer are included, and guests needing step-free or accessible accommodation should check directly with the owners, as a ground-floor layout does not guarantee level access. Fowey's town quay, pubs and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and WC, and the partially enclosed patio has a table and chairs.

Readymoney Cove is 0.9 miles away on foot, Lantic Bay is 1.5 miles and Lansallos Beach is 2.5 miles, giving a choice of coves for a beach day without needing a car.

The apartment has one bathroom shared by its double and twin bedrooms, plus parking and a garden, with room for up to two dogs.

**Best for:** a small family wanting separate double and twin rooms, ferry access on the doorstep and Fowey's harbourside amenities close by.

**Less good for:** guests needing confirmed step-free access.
