Riverside

Riverside is a ground-floor apartment for two, part of a farmhouse near Marazion in Cornwall's old tin-mining country. The single bedroom has a king-size bed and one bathroom serves the stay.

Arable farmland surrounds the apartment, with walks available straight from the doorstep. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are around a mile away. WiFi, parking, a BBQ, dishwasher and washing machine are all included, and the apartment has garden access with room for up to two dogs, though the garden's boundaries aren't described as enclosed. Ground-floor position does not by itself confirm step-free access, so guests with mobility needs should check with the provider.

Marazion Beach is 1.1 miles away, Perranuthnoe Beach is 1.4 miles and Long Rock Beach is 2.2 miles. Hayle's beaches and the shops and galleries of St Ives are also within driving distance for a day out.

The apartment sleeps two with one king-size bed, and parking is included for guests arriving by car. The kitchen has an electric cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and the dining table seats four.

**Best for:** a couple wanting a king-size bed, farmland walks, laundry facilities on site and dog-friendly garden access.

**Less good for:** more than two guests, or travellers needing confirmed step-free access.
