Rosedale

Rosedale is a two-bedroom house in the village of Lelant, and its living/dining room has an open fire, which makes it a good choice for cooler months. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Off the living space, the conservatory holds a pool table, and there is a TV and WiFi.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and both are doubles, so the house sleeps four. The main double has a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower with a basin and WC. The other bedroom shares the bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over and a basin, and a separate cloakroom has a WC. Central heating is included, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are covered by the rent.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a patio, a lawn, a barbecue, a firepit and furniture. Off-road parking takes two cars. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere. A highchair is available for younger guests.

The pub is 0.3 miles away and the shop 1.8 miles, and Porth Kidney Sands beach is a 10 minute walk away. Rosedale suits two couples or friends sharing, and is less good for families with dogs, since pets are not accepted.
