Rosemerryn Carbis Bay

Rosemerryn Carbis Bay is a four-bedroom house for eight guests in Carbis Bay, close enough to walk to the sand. Two bedrooms have fixed super-king beds; the other two are super-king zip-and-link rooms that convert to twins on request. Two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, one has a freestanding bath and an en-suite WC, and there is a family shower room.

The living space and a large deck look out across St Ives Bay, with room on the deck for outdoor dining alongside the BBQ. WiFi, parking and a washing machine are included, and up to two dogs can stay under the dog-friendly policy. The lounge has a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker, and there is a small office space on the landing and a gas firepit on the deck. Driveway parking is for four cars.

Carbis Bay beach is a 0.1-mile walk from the house. Porthkidney Beach is 1.2 miles away and Porthminster Beach is a similar 1.2 miles in the other direction, both flatter stretches of sand than some of the coves further along the coast. St Ives town, with its galleries and harbour, is around 2 miles away.

**Best for:** two families or groups of friends wanting fixed and flexible sleeping, sea views and a beach within walking distance.

**Less good for:** guests needing step-free access - stairs connect the bedrooms.
