Sandsifters III

Sandsifters III is one of a contemporary three-villa development in Carbis Bay, with a seaward-facing balcony off the living area and a landscaped garden terrace, both looking over St Ives Bay. Carbis Bay beach is 0.2 miles away, with a shop at 0.5 miles and a pub at 0.8 miles.

The villa sleeps six in three en-suite bedrooms: two king-size and a super-king whose zip-and-link beds can be set up as twins if you ask at least seven days before arrival. Fifteen internal steps lead down to two of the bedrooms, their en-suites and the TV lounge, which has Xbox One S and PS4 consoles and a Sky package. There is also a separate WC.

The open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and the dining table seats eight. Underfloor heating runs through the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Two cots and a highchair are provided; guests bring their own cot bedding. There is WiFi, designated parking for two cars and an electric vehicle charge point, for which you need your own cable.

Outside there is furniture and a barbecue. The villa suits a family or two couples who want en-suite bedrooms and a bay view, and is less good for anyone wary of stairs, given the 15 internal steps. No pets and no smoking.
