Sea Breeze is a one-bedroom seafront apartment in Marazion sleeping 2, with a balcony looking directly across Marazion Beach to St Michael's Mount. The apartment sits 200m from the beach - close enough to watch the tidal causeway open and close from your seat.

Inside, the living space and bedroom are compact and suited to a couple rather than a family group. The balcony is the main draw - sea views from a seated position, with the Mount directly in front. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are included. The apartment has a single bathroom. Changeover day is Saturday, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

Marazion is one of the oldest chartered towns in Britain and has a short main street with pubs, a cafe, and a handful of independent shops. Penzance is 3 miles east with a full range of supermarkets, restaurants, and the Scillonian ferry to the Isles of Scilly. Long Rock Beach is 1.2 miles west and Perranuthnoe Beach 1.7 miles east.

Best for couples wanting a direct sea view and beach access within a short walk. Less good for those needing more than one bedroom or a dog-friendly base - no pets permitted.
