A washing machine and Wi-Fi are included; parking is allocated. No dishwasher.

Three beaches sit within 1.5km. Northcott Mouth Beach is the closest at 0.8km - a wide Atlantic-facing strand popular with surfers and walkers following the South West Coast Path north towards Morwenstow. Crooklets Beach is 1.1km away and runs a surf school during summer. Summerleaze Beach, 1.5km from the apartment, is the most central of Bude's beaches and has the famous tidal sea pool cut into the rock below the headland.

Bude itself is a small surf town with a canal - one of Cornwall's few navigable inland waterways - running from the beach inland to Helebridge. The canal towpath is a flat, accessible route for cycling or walking away from the coastal wind. The town has independent surf shops, a climbing wall, and a range of cafes and pubs within walking distance of the apartment.

The Maer Lake nature reserve is immediately adjacent to the complex - a small freshwater lake managed for wildlife that provides a green buffer between the apartments and the cliff edge above Northcott Mouth.

This property suits couples or solo travellers who want a low-cost, low-maintenance base for a surf-focused or walking-based trip in Bude. With three beaches under 1.5km and coastal path access from the doorstep, the location outperforms the interior specification.
