Trevellas Cove is 1.4km from the park - a small, rocky cove at the base of cliffs that were part of the Wheal Kitty mine workings. The cove is not suitable for swimming but is a striking coastal access point for walkers. Trevaunance Cove, 1.7km away, is the more accessible beach: a sheltered sandy cove with a surf school and cafe, and the only beach in St Agnes to have a historical harbour. The harbour walls were repeatedly destroyed by Atlantic storms and eventually abandoned in the early twentieth century - the remains are visible at low tide.

St Agnes village is around 2km from the park. It has a local shop, bakery, several pubs, and independent galleries alongside National Trust-managed mine infrastructure at Wheal Coates. The Stippy Stappy - a series of terraced cottages on a steep lane - is the most photographed corner of the village. Perranporth Beach is 3.5km south: a wide surf beach with a Blue Flag rating that draws larger crowds through summer.

Chapel Porth, managed by the National Trust, is one of the most significant engine house sites on the coast. The beach below it has a short season but is a good low-tide swimming spot.

This property is good for families who want pool access and proximity to St Agnes village, with several beaches within cycling distance.
