Springfield Cottage is a reverse-level granite cottage for four on the outskirts of Helston. One bedroom has a super king-size bed. The second contains bunks with a double lower bed and single upper bed, providing flexible sleeping places while the property's maximum occupancy remains four. One bathroom serves both rooms.

The open-plan living space occupies the upper floor beneath a vaulted ceiling. A Juliet balcony overlooks Coronation Park's boating lake directly across the road. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and parking for one car are included, and one dog is accepted.
