Sundance

Sundance is a seven-bedroom house in Germoe, sleeping 14 with a heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, games rooms and cinema. Five bathrooms and several leisure spaces give a large group options beyond gathering in one living room, and the gym, games rooms and cinema provide indoor alternatives to the pool on a wet day.

Three bedrooms have king-size beds. The other four have twin zip-and-link beds that convert to super-king on request. A wood burner anchors the indoor living space, and a dishwasher and washing machine are included. Parking and EV charging are provided, and up to three dogs can stay.

The extensive gardens wrap around the house with a barbecue and space for outdoor dining. Praa Sands - a mile-long surf beach popular with bodyboarders and windsurfers - is 1.1 miles away. Porthcew Rinsey Cove is 1.4 miles and Prussia Cove 2.4 miles, the old smugglers' cove reached along the coast path. Germoe's own parish church has medieval origins, and Marazion and St Michael's Mount are around 5 miles east for a longer day out.

**Best for:** Large families or groups wanting flexible beds, five bathrooms and several on-site leisure facilities close to Praa Sands.

**Less good for:** Guests who need confirmed accessible accommodation, or prefer a smaller property without a pool and hot tub to manage.
