The barn sleeps four in a double and twin bedroom, with ground-floor accessible access throughout. A gated drive leads to private parking and an early 3pm check-in makes arrival straightforward.

Inside, the conversion runs to two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and living area set on inverted levels to frame the countryside views. Dishwasher and washing machine are included. Dogs are welcome. A rating of 9.8 from 17 reviews is among the stronger scores for smaller rural rentals in the Falmouth area.

The property opens onto its own garden with countryside views. Local walks run through Kennall Vale Nature Reserve and along Restronguet Creek, both within a short drive. The nearest sandy beaches - Gyllyngvase, Swanpool and Castle Beach - are all in Falmouth, around 9 km by road.

Falmouth itself is a 10-minute drive for the National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle and the town's cafes and restaurants. Truro is 7 miles north. The gardens at Trelissick, Glendurgan and Trebah are all within 20 minutes. Best for couples or small families wanting a rural Falmouth-area base with dog-friendly walking on the doorstep. Less suitable for guests who want to walk to the beach.
