Teach Tra East

Teach Tra East is a ground-floor apartment in Perranporth, reached by two flights of garden steps. It has a front garden with a patio and furniture, and the double bedroom opens onto it through patio doors. There is a wooden feature wall in both the bedroom and the sitting area, which has a corner sofa and a sofa bed.

It sleeps two. The open-plan room combines a kitchen with a hob, kettle and toaster, a dining area and the sitting area. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the stay.

Parking is available nearby rather than at the door. One well-behaved pet is welcome and the apartment is non-smoking. A shop is 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.5 miles and the beach 0.8 miles. Newquay is 9 miles away and Truro 9.5 miles. A second apartment, reference 1184403, can be booked alongside this one, and together they sleep four.

The flat is ideal for a couple with a dog; the two flights of steps up from the garden make it less good for anyone who finds steps hard. Cooking equipment is limited to a hob, kettle and toaster.
