Teyr Mor Cliff

Teyr Mor Cliff is a 1,843 sq ft timber-framed eco-lodge in a development of seven architect-designed homes near St Agnes, sleeping six across three bedrooms. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with sea views. The open-plan living area sits upstairs, designed around bi-folding doors that open onto a large south-facing deck.

The kitchen has granite worktops, an induction hob and a central island with breakfast bar. A wood-burning stove and open fire serve the living area. Outside, the private garden includes a BBQ, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and a secure storage shed for surfboards and bicycles. Two bedrooms are en-suite; the third uses a separate family bathroom.

Trevaunance Cove is 2.3km away - a north-facing surf beach with a seasonal cafe. Chapel Porth, a National Trust beach with rock pools and dramatic cliffs, is a 15-minute walk down the valley road. Perranporth Beach is 6.8km south. The South West Coast Path runs through St Agnes village, a short drive from the cottage.

Best for families or two couples wanting a high-spec base with serious sea views and direct coast path access. The upside-down layout works well for groups - bedrooms are private below while the living area draws everyone to the view. Not dog-friendly.
