The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining space has vaulted ceilings and opens directly through double doors onto a fully enclosed private garden. The master king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and a driveway tap handles wetsuit and boot rinsing after beach trips. Parking is available for 3 cars.

Eastern Green Beach, which is dog-friendly year-round, is a 300m walk from the front door. Penzance with its 1930s open-air Art Deco lido is under 2 miles to the south-west, and Long Rock Beach is 1.4km. St Michael's Mount at Marazion is 2 miles east - the causeway crossing is accessible on foot at low tide and by ferry at high tide, offering one of the most visited day trips in West Cornwall.
