Bossiney Cove Beach is 0.7 miles along the coast path - a narrow, secluded cove accessible down steep cliff steps. It is exposed at low tide only, making timing relevant if swimming is the priority. The South West Coast Path runs directly past the property, connecting northward to Trebarwith Strand and Tintagel Head, and south toward Boscastle. This location puts some of the most dramatic cliff scenery in Cornwall within easy walking distance on both sides.

Tintagel village and the English Heritage castle site are walkable from the property. The castle occupies a promontory divided by a gorge above the sea and has a paid entry fee. St Nectan's Glen, a waterfall gorge with a kieve pool, is within a couple of miles and accessible on foot from the valley. Tregardock Beach is 4 miles south - a remote, boulder-backed beach with no facilities.
