A wood burner is the main indoor feature, and a secluded front garden adds private outdoor space in a village where that is far from guaranteed. Wi-Fi, parking and a dishwasher are included, and one dog can stay. Newlyn's galleries and pubs are within walking distance, and the working harbour gives the village year-round character rather than a purely seasonal feel.

There is no washing machine, which matters more on longer stays. Mousehole Beach is 1.4 miles away along the coast road, Eastern Green Beach is 2.2 miles and Long Rock Beach is 2.7 miles, with Penzance between them for shops and the seafront promenade.
