The South West Coast Path runs directly along the seafront, connecting Penzance promenade to the west and Marazion to the east. Penzance town centre, with its mainline railway station, harbour, and range of shops and restaurants, is within a mile to the west. Marazion - departure point for the causeway walk to St Michael's Mount - is around 1.2 miles east.

Best for couples or small families wanting a low-key, affordable base close to Penzance with a beach under 5 minutes' walk. Less suited to guests wanting luxury finishes, dogs, or a hot tub.
