The Wash House Cannalidgey

The Wash House Cannalidgey is a two-bedroom farm cottage near St Issey for four guests. One king size room and one twin share a single bathroom, so the four-star record suits a family or two companions comfortable with that arrangement rather than two separate couples wanting privacy.

Trevone Bay is 4.8 miles off, a sandy north coast bay with a natural blowhole on the western cliffs, lifeguarded in summer and good for families. Daymer Bay Beach is 5.0 miles from the cottage, a sheltered estuary beach with calm, shallow water near Trebetherick, and Porthcothan Bay is 5.2 miles away, a sandy bay with dramatic sea stacks that also stays dog-friendly year-round. St Issey itself sits about 2 miles south of Padstow, above the Camel Estuary, with a medieval church and the Ring O'Bells pub for an evening meal.
