The Wood Shed

The Wood Shed is a single-storey one-bedroom cottage on the edge of Perranporth, sleeping 2 with 2 bathrooms - the main bathroom and an en-suite off the bedroom with a rainfall shower. The open-plan living and kitchen area has double doors opening directly onto a private patio and enclosed garden. A dishwasher is included. Note: no Wi-Fi or on-site parking.

Perranporth Beach is 1.6km away. The beach runs for roughly 3 miles in a continuous north-facing arc - one of the longest stretches of sand in Cornwall. It catches consistent Atlantic swells and has a surf school at the north end. The village itself has several pubs, a supermarket, and cafes within walking distance of the cottage.

The two-bathroom layout is a practical advantage for a couple or two solo travellers. The single-storey footprint means no stairs. Trevellas Cove is 4.9km and Trevaunance Cove 5.3km for quieter, less developed alternatives to the main beach.

Perranporth village is within 1.6km, with a range of shops, cafes, and pubs. The St Agnes area, with its dramatic cliff walks and smaller coves at Trevaunance, is about 5km north and worth the drive or a longer coastal walk along the South West Coast Path.
