Tre Pol Pen

Tre Pol Pen is one of three bungalows set in the landscaped gardens of Pendra Loweth, a holiday village resort in the valley close to Maenporth Beach, in Falmouth. Everything is on a single level. The two bedrooms hold a double and a twin, there is one bathroom with a bath and a shower over it, and the property sleeps four.

The open plan living area combines a kitchen and sitting area, with a conservatory used for dining. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a slimline dishwasher, and the living area has a Smart TV, a DVD player and WiFi. Heating is electric, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside, an open patio has garden furniture and a barbecue, next to a shared lawn.

The resort facilities are shared. The indoor plunge pool measures about 3 metres on each side and 1.4 metres deep, and no more than 4 people can use it at once. There are also tennis courts and a children's outdoor play area. The gym, tennis courts and play area stay open year-round, while the bar, restaurant, pool and Jacuzzi follow a season that usually runs from early April to the end of October. There is a shop and pub 1 mile away, and both Maenporth beach and Swanpool beach are about 1 mile off. Falmouth itself is a 10-minute drive.

Up to two dogs are welcome, but not cats, and they must stay on leads across the estate. Parking is one allocated off-road space plus visitor parking, and electric car charging points stand outside the site office. The minimum stay is two nights. Bookings are for holiday or leisure use only, so work or business stays are cancelled without a refund, and sign-written vans and commercial vehicles are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The single-level layout suits couples, small families and dog owners staying with a pet or two.
