To the rear of the property is a superb, enclosed garden
This property sits less than a mile from the glorious Treyarnon Bay – one of the Seven Bays of St Merryn – a dramatic sandy cove sheltered by cliffs and dunes, popular with families, swimmers and surfers. There’s a cafe and shop by the beach. For further refreshments, the pretty village of St Merryn, just under 1 mile, has some excellent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, and the seafood bistros of Padstow are only a 3.5-mile drive. For walkers, there are coastal paths with magnificent views in and around the Seven Bays; alternatively, take the Camel Trail inland on foot or on two wheels – bike hire is available from Padstow.
Up to six guests can be comfortably accommodated in this beguiling period property, so it is ideal for a group of friends or a family looking for a tranquil Cornish bolthole. The large lounge is a welcoming room with a generous sofa and armchair seating, an Art Deco tiled fireplace, a bay window offering countryside views and a good selection of books and games to while away a peaceful evening.
