Tregea is a five-bedroom cottage on a working farm in Stibb, a hamlet about 2 miles south of Bude within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sleeps 10 across five bedrooms with four bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, including one on the ground floor, and two further ground-floor twin rooms have zip-and-link beds that convert to super king on request.

Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine and a barbecue are included. The cottage has a private garden, though there is no dishwasher. Ground-floor bedrooms do not guarantee step-free access throughout, so guests who need it should confirm the route and bathroom arrangements with the provider before booking. Dogs are not accepted.

Crooklets Beach, Northcott Mouth and Summerleaze Beach are each 1.7 miles from the cottage, all reachable by the same short drive into Bude. Poughill is the nearest town by road, and the farm setting overlooks Bude itself. Stibb sits close to the Bude Canal, a flat walking and cycling route built in the 1820s, and Widemouth Bay's surf beach is about 2 miles further south-west.
