Treliance

Treliance is a four-bedroom cottage at Feock, near Carnon Downs, sleeping eight guests across four bathrooms. A private hot tub sits on the terrace, and the property backs onto a garden with parking for the group's cars. Four bathrooms for eight guests gives two families or couples travelling together useful privacy, rare among cottages of this size.

WiFi, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, along with central heating for cooler months. The open-plan living space has a kitchen with a double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and toaster, and a utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The cottage does not take pets. Bookings are weekly, starting on a Friday.

The setting is close to the Carrick Roads waterway, with St Mawes 4.2 miles away by road, Castle Beach 4.3 miles away and Gyllyngvase Beach 4.5 miles away, all reachable for a beach day out. Carnon Downs itself sits inland from the water, making the cottage a good base for exploring the Fal estuary as well as the coast around Falmouth.

**Best for:** two families or couples wanting four bathrooms, a private hot tub and a garden within reach of the Carrick Roads and Falmouth's beaches.

**Less good for:** anyone needing step-free access.
