This house sits within 0.5 miles of the turquoise waters of Widemouth Bay beach, a well-known surf spot on the North Cornwall coast. Low tide reveals rock pools to explore and long stretches of sand for sandcastles, and the South West Coast Path passes close by, leading to Boscastle (12 miles), Bude (3 miles) and Tintagel (16 miles), known for its Arthurian legends.

Step up into this Cornish house with fresh contemporary interiors and underfloor heating on the ground floor. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has two large sofas, two armchairs, a Smart TV and a wood burner built into the room's structure, plus an L-shaped dining table that seats eight. The kitchen connects to a utility room, and a downstairs WC completes the floor. Upstairs are four bedrooms, all en-suite: two with twin beds and shower rooms, a third with a king-size bed, a Juliet balcony and a shower room, and the master with a super-king-size bed, Smart TV, en-suite bath and shower, and a glass balcony with outdoor seating.

The rear garden is reached from either side of the property or via sliding patio doors from the lounge or kitchen. The wooden terrace has outdoor seating, plus a grassed area, BBQ and split garage for beach gear and bike storage. A private driveway has parking for 4 cars.

**Best for:** families with children, thanks to the rock pools and sandcastle beach on the doorstep and four en-suite bedrooms for older kids or teens to have their own space. **Less good for:** dog owners, as pets aren't accepted here.
