Trevalgas Valley View

Trevalgas Valley View is a three-bedroom cottage in Poughill, a quiet village just over a mile from Bude on the north Cornwall coast. It is one of 14 properties on a holiday complex, sleeping six across two double bedrooms and a twin, with one bathroom and a separate downstairs WC.

Inside, the cottage has a wood burner in the sitting room - the first basket of logs is included. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A dining table seats up to eight. Wifi and a washing machine are included. Two dogs are welcome and the property has an EV charging point.

The shared complex facilities are the standout: an indoor heated swimming pool open from February half-term to early November and over Christmas, a games room with table tennis and pool table, and an outdoor play area. Summerleaze Beach is 1.7 miles away, Crooklets Beach 1.7 miles - both within cycling distance. Bude's tidal sea pool and town centre are about a mile away for restaurants and shops. Widemouth Bay, good for surfing, is a short drive south.

Best for families with younger children who want pool access alongside beach proximity. Less good for couples or those wanting a remote rural feel - this is a managed complex with 13 neighbouring properties.
