Trevillas is a ground-floor, one-bedroom apartment near Polgooth, sleeping two with one bathroom. The ground-floor position avoids an upstairs bedroom, and accessible features run through the flat, though guests with specific needs should confirm thresholds with Sykes before booking.

A private patio opens onto a shared garden, so outdoor space is not exclusive to the apartment, worth knowing if privacy matters. WiFi, off-road parking and a washing machine are included, but there is no dishwasher or barbecue, so this suits simpler self-catering over an elaborate one. Dogs are not accepted.

Polgooth is a former mining village between St Austell and Mevagissey. Charlestown's tall-ships harbour is around 3 miles south, and the Eden Project is a similar distance in the other direction. Mevagissey's working harbour and coastal walks are within about 15 minutes by car. Porthpean Beach is 2.5 miles away, Charlestown Beach 2.9 miles and Pentewan Beach 3.2 miles, giving a choice of sand without a long drive.
