The Bungalow

The Bungalow is an annex in the quiet hamlet of Trelowth, close to the village of Sticker, which is 0.8 miles away. Polgooth is nearby too, and both villages have a shop. Everything sits on one level: a king-size bedroom and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. It sleeps two.

The kitchen has an oven, hob and fridge/freezer, and a utility room with a washing machine sits alongside. The separate sitting room has a two-seater sofa, two recliner chairs, a gas log-effect fire and a TV with a DVD player. The dining room has its own TV and a video tape player. Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and there is WiFi. An external boot room gives somewhere to leave coats and walking shoes.

Outside is a private patio with furniture, plus a summer house with seating. Off-road parking takes two cars, and the property has a 7.2kW electric vehicle charger that guests can use for an additional fee. Up to two dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The nearest shop is 1 mile away and the pub is 0.9 miles.

This annex suits a couple after a quiet break, with St Austell, the Eden Project and Charlestown harbour close by. It is less good for a group, as there is only the one king-size bedroom.
