Trevinny Lodge No 37

Trevinny Lodge No 37 is a 3-bedroom cottage at Inny Vale near Davidstow, sleeping 6 with 2 bathrooms. The ground floor is fully accessible, with a wet room, and the open-plan living and dining space has direct garden access. Wi-Fi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine are included.

Boscastle is the nearest coastal town, roughly 7.5 miles northwest. Bossiney Cove Beach - a small, rocky inlet accessible via a steep coastal path - is 5.9 miles. Crackington Haven, with its dramatic cliffs and beach cafe, is 6.2 miles. Tregardock Beach, one of the quieter and harder-to-reach north coast strands, is 7.5 miles.

The shared tennis court at Inny Vale is available to guests. With 23 guest reviews and a 4-star rating, the property has a steady record. The accessible wet room is a practical feature that makes this a useful option for guests with mobility requirements in an area where accessible rural accommodation is limited.

The location at Davidstow puts it in open inland countryside east of Bodmin Moor - relatively flat terrain that makes it accessible. The north Cornwall coast is a 15-20 minute drive.

This suits families or mixed groups of 6 who want accessible facilities without giving up on north Cornwall coast access. Good for those who need a ground-floor wet room. Not great for guests who want to walk to a pub from the property - Davidstow is a small settlement and a car is needed for everything. The Saturday changeover may suit those who prefer a weekly structure outside the standard Friday pattern.
