Troy is a four-bedroom cottage for eight in New Polzeath, set in an elevated position above Lundy Bay. One super king can be prepared as twins on request. Of the three twin rooms, one can instead become a super king, allowing the layout to suit families or groups of adults. Two bathrooms serve all eight guests.

Lounge doors open towards the patio, linking the living space with outdoor meals and time in the garden. A BBQ, WiFi, parking, dishwasher and washing machine are included. Up to two dogs can join the group. Although earlier marketing described Atlantic and coastal views, there's no sea view listed for the cottage, so no view is promised here.

The South West Coast Path can be accessed directly from the property. Polzeath Beach is 1.3 miles away, Greenaway Beach is 1.8 miles away and Daymer Bay is 2 miles away. That spread gives walkers and beach-going groups several stated options without relying on unsupported proximity claims.

**Less good for:** Eight adults who prefer more than two bathrooms, or guests booking specifically for a confirmed sea view or accessible facilities.
