Two Hoots

Two Hoots is a semi-detached holiday home in the gardens of the Pendra Loweth holiday village, a short drive from Falmouth. It sleeps three across two bedrooms, a double and a single, both upstairs with the family bathroom, which has a bath and a shower over. Downstairs are an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area and a cloakroom with a basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge, and there is a TV, DVD player and WiFi. The site has on-site laundry facilities. Heating is electric. Power, bed linen and towels are included, and a cot and highchair are available on request.

The back door leads to a patio with furniture beside the resort's communal gardens, which have a stream. The site has a small plunge pool, a tennis court and a children's play area, and the pool is shared and has seasonal opening times, usually from April to October. Maenporth beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk along a footpath, and Swanpool is a similar walk. Parking is off-road for one car, with visitor parking close by.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, kept downstairs and off the furniture, and on a lead on the estate. Smoking is not allowed, and sign-written vans and commercial vehicles are not permitted at the resort. Bookings must be for holiday or leisure use only, and commercial or worker bookings are cancelled. The home suits two or three guests, and is less good for anyone who needs the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
