Villa Gallery

Villa Gallery is a three-storey cottage in Carnon Downs, sleeping four guests across two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The two-bathroom layout suits a family or two couples sharing, though the three floors may be less convenient for anyone avoiding stairs.

Dogs are accepted, and parking, WiFi, a private garden and a dishwasher are included. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob and microwave, and a washer/dryer is included. Guests also have access to an on-site games room, tennis court and children's play area, useful for a family with mixed ages to entertain, with Friday as the changeover day.

Carnon Downs gives the cottage an inland base rather than a coastal one, with the nearest beaches reached by road. Castle Beach is about 5.7 miles away, Gyllyngvase Beach is roughly 5.8 miles from the cottage, and St Mawes, across Carrick Roads on the Roseland, is reached by road over the King Harry Ferry. All three make for a worthwhile drive rather than a walking-distance option.

**Less good for:** guests who struggle with stairs, or who need a confirmed accessible layout.
